摘 要
由于学校规模进一步扩大，学生人数逐年上升，学生信息的管理也变得越来越复杂。为此，切实有效的把学生信息管理系统引入学校教务管理中，对于促进学校管理制度和提高学校教学质量有着显著意义。
系统设计主要包括五个主要功能模块：权限验证模块、用户管理模块、基础数据库管理模块、成绩管理模块和数据库管理模块。权限验证模块主要是根据用户输入的用户名和密码验证用户身份并且决定其操作权限；用户管理模块实现三个主要功能：添加新用户、修改用户口令和用户权限、删除指定的用户；基础数据管理模块：维护学生信息相关的一些基础数据，它主要包括学校系别设置和各个系别中专业的设置；成绩管理模块：提供学生考试成绩的管理，以及学生总成绩的排名和相关的统计等功能；数据库管理模块：对现有的数据库进行管理，包括数据备份和恢复，以方便用户对数据库的管理和维护工作，提高系统的数据安全性。该系统对硬件和软件要求较低，可以在单机上运行，极大地提高办公效率，实现了学生工作的信息化管理。

Design and Realization of Students Information Management System
Abstract
With the expansion of schools scale and increasing number of students, the management of students information is getting more and more sophisticated. Therefore, to efficiently bring the management system of students information into the management of school educational administration makes striking sense to promote the school management system and improve the education quality.
The system is designed to include five pieces of main function module mainly: Module that the authority verifies, module users manage,module for basic data base administration,module of achieve- ment and module for data base administration. Module that the authority verifies verify the users identity according to the user’s name and password and determine the authority of operationModule users manage can realize three main functions: Add new users , revise the users password and  autho- rity, delete designated users Module for basic data base administration  maintains the students’ basic information, which mainly including school department and major Module of achievement offers the management of the students’ total achievement and relevant statistics ,etc In order to help the user control over database and maintenance work and improve the systematic data security ,module for data base administration manage the existing database , including the data back up and resume. This system which requires relatively low hardware and software, can run on the unit and improve the office efficiency greatly.
